Before you enrol at ‘We’, students are required to undergo a study counselling so we are able to determine your current proficiency and understand your goals for studying Japanese.
Level-check

Prior to enrolment, in order to determine your current level of Japanese, we suggest all students who have learned Japanese before to visit our school and try our paper test and oral test. By considering your test results when creating your study plan, we are able to create a curriculum that more accurately portrays your strengths, weaknesses and needs.
Trial Lesson

After the counselling or the level check, students are encouraged to try our trial lesson at the time of their preference, so they are able to understand the system and feel confident about joining the class. Whether you are considering taking lessons at ‘We’ or going to study Japanese for the first time, all learners are invited to take part in our trial lessons, which are conducted by our team of experienced instructors. According to the information you provide at the counselling, we will schedule the trial lesson to accommodate your needs, proficiencies and preferred lesson style. After the trial lesson, we will further fine-tune your curriculum with feedback from the instructor.
Orientation

After the enrolment procedures are complete, we will conduct an orientation before the first lesson to guide you through the facilities, lesson schedule, lesson content and course materials. You will also have a chance to meet the instructor who will be in charge of your study. We will help you transition into the course with confidence by providing assistance every step of the way.
