Pointing System
The point system is a plan that lets you customize your schedule according to your goals and circumstances. Even if your goal changes in the course of your study, the point system allows you to flexibly make adjustments. The system is easy to understand with each group lesson costing two points and each private lesson costing three points.

Sanna’s Case [homemakers]
| ■ Intensive Group Beginner Class | >>> | ■ Speak Out Group Lesson | >>> | ■ Private Lesson (Speak Out) |
| ■ Intensive Group Upper-Beginner Class | >>> | ■ Private Lesson (Grammer Review) | >>> | ■ Part-Time Intermediate Group |

For the first six months of her stay in Japan, Sanna had some free time available so she enrolled in the intensive course to study beginner and intermediate Japanese for four days a week. During this time, Sanna took private lessons to improve her conversation skills by taking a short-term class that focused on conversations using beginner-level grammar. As she began getting use to life in Japan, she adjusted her study plan according to her life style and switched to taking part-time group lessons classes between her other commitments.
